Professional Life Requires More Than Clinical Skill

Being a therapist involves much more than the time we spend with clients. We are also responsible for managing licensure requirements, continuing education, documentation, professional development, ethical responsibilities, business tasks, and our own well-being. The Therapist Hub was created to make that work feel more organized and manageable. Here you will find thoughtfully designed tools for therapists, associates, interns, supervisors, and private-practice professionals at every stage of their careers.

Created by a therapist, supervisor, and practice owner who understands the work from the inside.

The Therapist Hub is for you if you are:

  • A graduate student or clinical intern

  • An associate working toward independent licensure

  • A newly licensed therapist

  • An established clinician who wants better systems

  • A clinical supervisor supporting developing therapists

  • A private-practice therapist managing both clinical and business responsibilities

  • A clinician trying to create a more organized and sustainable professional life

You do not have to be disorganized to need organizational support. Therapists carry a tremendous amount of information, responsibility, and emotional labor. The right systems create more room for the work that matters most.

Created by someone who understands the work

I’m Dr. Celeste McClannahan, a licensed marriage and family therapist, certified sex therapist, certified first responder counselor, clinical supervisor, practice owner, author, and lifelong learner.

Throughout my career, I have seen how much therapists are expected to manage outside of the therapy room. We are taught how to provide clinical care, but we are not always given practical systems for organizing licensure, supervision, continuing education, professional documents, career development, and the many administrative responsibilities that accompany this work.

I created the Therapist Hub to offer the kinds of resources I wish more therapists received at the beginning of their careers: organized, practical, thoughtfully designed tools that can continue growing with them.

These resources are not intended to replace clinical judgment, supervision, legal consultation, or guidance from a licensing board. They are designed to help therapists organize the information and responsibilities they are already carrying.
