This Digital Product & Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased or downloaded from www.drceleste.life and Dr. Celeste Press.
By completing a purchase or downloading a complimentary resource, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Digital Products
Dr. Celeste Press offers electronically delivered products that may include:
Educational booklets and guides
Worksheets and client-facing handouts
Quick-reference resources
Therapist planners
Professional Command Center workbooks
Internship and licensure-tracking resources
Fillable, clickable, printable, spreadsheet, PDF, ZIP, or other digital files
Each product listing identifies the materials and file formats included with that product.
No physical item will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Format and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after checkout. Delivery may occur through:
A download link displayed after checkout
A link sent to the email address provided during checkout
Access through a website or member account
Another electronic delivery method described in the product listing
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.
If you do not receive a purchase or download email, first check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered-email folders. If the message cannot be located, contact info@drceleste.life with the name and email address used for the order.
An expired or misplaced download link does not require another purchase. Contact Dr. Celeste Press for assistance restoring access to a previously purchased product.

Limited Exceptions

You were charged more than once for the same product during the same transaction
The file delivered is not the product you purchased
The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting
A required file identified in the product listing is missing
Dr. Celeste Press cannot provide access to the purchased product
Another remedy is required by applicable law
When possible, Dr. Celeste Press will first attempt to correct the problem by replacing the file, restoring access, providing the missing material, or offering reasonable technical guidance.
If the issue cannot be corrected, an appropriate refund or other remedy may be provided.
Report delivery or file problems within 14 days of purchase whenever reasonably possible. Include your order information and a brief description of the problem. You may be asked to provide a screenshot or other information needed to identify and resolve the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you unintentionally purchase the same product more than once, contact info@drceleste.life promptly with the relevant order information.
Verified duplicate charges for the same purchaser and product may be refunded to the original payment method.
Purchases of different editions, versions, professions, formats, or product bundles are not considered duplicate purchases merely because some content overlaps.
Complimentary Products
Products offered at no cost remain subject to their stated license, copyright restrictions, permitted-use requirements, disclaimers, and these website policies.
Because no payment is collected, complimentary products are not eligible for a monetary refund.
Product Updates
A purchase includes the version of the product identified or delivered at the time of purchase.
Unless the listing expressly promises future updates, revisions and newly released editions are not automatically included. A substantially revised edition, annual planner, expanded workbook, or new product may be sold separately.
Dr. Celeste Press may correct errors or replace files when appropriate but does not guarantee that every purchaser will receive every future revision.
Professional and Regulatory Resources
Licensing, internship, supervision, renewal, continuing-education, academic, and professional requirements may change and may vary by jurisdiction, profession, program, employer, and individual circumstances.
Professional resources are organizational and educational tools. They do not guarantee:
Graduation or program completion
Approval of clinical or supervision hours
Eligibility for licensure or certification
Successful renewal or credentialing
Employment or career advancement
Compliance with every applicable rule
Acceptance of records by a board, school, supervisor, employer, or regulatory body
Purchasers are responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate licensing board, academic program, supervisor, employer, professional organization, or regulatory authority.
A change in external requirements does not automatically make a previously purchased resource eligible for a refund.
Educational and Client-Facing Resources
Relationship, intimacy, wellness, communication, and mental-health resources are provided for education and reflection. They are not individualized psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, crisis intervention, or a substitute for services from an appropriately qualified professional.
Results cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with a particular personal, relational, clinical, academic, or professional outcome is not grounds for a refund.
License and Permitted Use
Your purchase provides a limited license to use the digital product according to the product listing and the website’s Terms of Use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
The purchase is for one individual user
Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded for shared access, or given to others
Account credentials and download links may not be shared
Branding, copyright notices, and attribution may not be removed
Products may not be represented as your own work

When a client-facing worksheet or handout is expressly identified as suitable for professional use, an individual purchasing clinician may provide copies to that clinician’s own clients as part of direct services. This does not permit distribution to colleagues, organizations, group practices, courses, membership programs, or the general public.
Order Cancellation
Digital orders are processed automatically. Once a file or download link has been delivered or access has been granted, the order generally cannot be canceled.
If you believe you made an error, contact info@drceleste.life as soon as possible. Assistance is not guaranteed once delivery or access has occurred.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact info@drceleste.life so there is an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
Processing an Approved Refund
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment processor and financial institution.
Transaction or processing fees may be handled according to applicable law and the payment processor’s rules.
